1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By purchasing a ticket to Alter Ego: A Night of Decadence (“the Event”), you agree to these legally binding Ticketing Terms & Conditions set forth by CityVibes Productions, LLC (“Event Organizer”). These terms govern your entry, refund policy, liability, conduct, and dispute resolution.

By attending, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with participation in the Event, including but not limited to personal injury, exposure to loud music and flashing lights, lost or stolen property, and large crowds.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT PURCHASE A TICKET OR ATTEND THE EVENT.

2. TICKET PURCHASE & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

• All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be issued, except in cases where the Event is fully canceled by the Event Organizer (excluding force majeure).
• Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold, scalped, or used for promotions without prior written approval from the Event Organizer.
• Age Restriction: This event is strictly 21+. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry. No exceptions.
• The Event Organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove attendees without refund for violations of venue policies, disruptive behavior, or non-compliance with security screenings.

3. EVENT CHANGES, CANCELLATION, & FORCE MAJEURE

• The Event Organizer reserves the right to reschedule, relocate, or modify the Event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:
  • Inclement weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Government regulations
  • Public health concerns
  • Venue unavailability
• If the Event is canceled by the Event Organizer (excluding force majeure), ticket holders will receive a full refund, minus processing fees.
• If the Event is rescheduled, tickets will automatically be valid for the new date. No additional refunds will be issued.
• The Event Organizer is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or personal costs incurred due to changes or cancellations.

4. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks related to the event, including but not limited to:

• Personal injury or illness
• Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings
• Exposure to loud music, flashing lights, and large crowds

CityVibes Productions, CityVibes Foundation, Willy’s Neighborhood Bar, and their affiliates assume no liability for any injury, loss, or damages arising from event participation.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CityVibes Productions, CityVibes Foundation, Willy’s Neighborhood Bar, their staff, agents, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation.

5. VENUE RULES, SECURITY & ATTENDEE CONDUCT

• Security screenings, bag checks, and ID verification are required for entry.
• Attendees who refuse to comply with security procedures will be denied entry without refund.

Prohibited Items:

• Illegal substances, including drugs and unsealed prescription medications
• Weapons of any kind (firearms, knives, pepper spray, or any object deemed dangerous)
• Outside alcohol, glass bottles, or unsealed beverages
• Professional recording equipment (video, audio, or photography gear without media credentials)
• Large bags, backpacks, or oversized items

The Event Organizer and venue reserve the right to eject any attendee for violations of these policies without refund.

6. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY & FINANCIAL LIABILITY

• Attendees are personally responsible for any damages caused to Willy’s Neighborhood Bar, its facilities, equipment, or surrounding property.
• CityVibes Productions reserves the right to bill attendees for repair costs resulting from vandalism, destruction, or negligence.
• Attendees who cause damage may face legal action and potential exclusion from future events.

7. MEDIA RELEASE & PUBLICITY CONSENT

• By attending the Event, you grant CityVibes Productions, CityVibes Foundation, and affiliated partners the right to record, film, photograph, and broadcast your likeness for promotional, advertising, and media purposes.
• You waive all rights to compensation for the use of such recordings.
• Unauthorized live streaming, professional photography, or videography is strictly prohibited unless approved by the Event Organizer.

8. REFUND POLICY & SPONSORSHIP RELATIONSHIPS

• All ticket sales are final unless the Event is fully canceled by the Organizer.
• The Event Organizer is not responsible for sponsorship branding, lineup changes, or venue partnerships.
• Ticket sales directly support CityVibes Productions and CityVibes Foundation’s mission to elevate LGBTQ+ artistry and cultural expression.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW

• All disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Florida, and attendees waive their right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
• This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & AGREEMENT

By purchasing a ticket and attending Alter Ego: A Night of Decadence, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply may result in denied entry, removal, or legal action.
